@kukalajet That’s why it is usually held in the back bottom pocket😂

Being a #leader can be a challenging task, especially when you are working with a team that is #resistant to your leadership. Nonetheless , there are several strategies that you can employ to overcome this resistance and become an effective leader.

@allenholub Scrum is just one of the thousand practices of #Agile. #Scrum is agile but agile not scrum. Nonetheless,You can definitely be using scrum without being agile

If you cannot explain something in simple terms, you don't understand it. The best way to learn is to teach

What are some podcasts worth listening in the #agile community? I will follow everything and share feedback

[mermaidcoder @mermaidcoder0]

Pair programming is one of the most used #agile practices. But is it really agile and robust? What is your experience? I believe it may focus on lots of #learning and #high #quality but not always its saves #time and #cost

[Jeff Sutherland @jeffsutherland]

Can #ChatGPT help #Scrum do twice the work in half the time? Tried converting a complicated PHP script to Ruby. ChatGPT choked. Took the first part of it and then did a hour debugging session to get it to work. ChatGPT is good at taking the error output of the Ruby compiler and correcting the program. Needs to run faster and work on larger programs.

@jeffsutherland What struck me the most were the countless real-life examples and this sentence which I will never forget in my daily routine as a #ScrumMaster:
"All that matters is how fast something is delivered and how good it is"

Looking to revolutionize the way you work? Check out the book 'Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time' by @jeffsutherland. Just finished reading it and you can learn how to increase productivity and improve team collaboration with the game-changing #Scrum

[mermaidcoder @mermaidcoder0]

@allenholub How would you keep a track of the work that was done, number of hours worked so you can maintain a project within a budget and scope without a backlog? What about new feature and product design? I really would like to know your thoughts as it is very controversially interesting

[mermaidcoder @mermaidcoder0]

@jeffsutherland This is interesting indeed! But isn’t it considered sensitive data?

New to #Scrum? From my experience, start by understanding the values that drive the framework: Focus, Courage, Commitment, Respect, and Openness. These values are the foundation for successful #agile practices and high-performing teams. What do you think?#ScrumMaster #AgileCoach
