three years ago i couldn't have told you what a conversion api was.

the hardest thing about selling in a small market isn't budget.

it's that everything you learn from american marketing content is calibrated for a country with 340 million people. copy that playbook into a market of 1.8 million and the audience sizes break, the frequency climbs in a week, and the creative reads foreign.

on-screen text in the local language. local faces. local price framing. none of that is optional, it's the whole game.

nobody makes courses about this because the addressable market for the course is too small. figures.

meta shipped updated ai disclosure labels for ads yesterday.

second labelling change in about a month. that's not housekeeping, that's a direction.

everyone running ai creative has been treating labels as a thing that might happen eventually. it's happening now, in increments, and by the time it's fully rolled out you'll either know what a label does to your ctr or you'll be finding out in q4 at $40 cpms.

test it in august. august is cheap.
