Did a full website overhaul from WordPress to Vercel while integrating a complete tracking setup and a full lead gen analytics backend to support.

All future website iterations will be managed through Google's IDE and GitHub.

Speed is king. This overhaul will 10x testing.

Event match quality isn't perfect, but I'll be working on that as time goes.

Making strides with this final expense lead gen stuff.

Not fully where I want to be, but I'm fully set up and operational.

I have agents closing deals with my leads, but I need to land in a place where agents and brokers are more operationally sound to take on volume.

I'm noticing a stark difference in the way some operate in this niche.

Some are shooting for the moon, and some are just okay with the regular daily to-dos.

The goal is simple for me in the coming months. High quality leads plus agents who can work them properly.

The grind continues.
