@GWRHelp can I point out the absolute shitshow your staff are creating at Oxford. They cancel the 16:35 Oxf->Didcot, make everyone go on Platform 3. Then change back to Platform 4 with no notice. The train is rammed and wheelchair users unable to keep up 1/

This feels like an outrageous thing to do, which is clearly going to lead to people that have booked tickets unable to find them. Are you seriously just going to let that happen?
@GWRHelp how can you justify cancelling the 10:23 PAD to OXF with no notice, then changing the 10 carriage train to Weston Super Mare to a 5 carriage. And yet you are still holding the 2 first class carriages. It’s outrageous
@Avis I've been trying to contact you for weeks. You have taken money off my card for no reason, and are now ignoring me when I seek a refund. Is this just your normal customer service? It seems pretty shocking to not even reply and justify

@GWRHelp Since the ticket was already rescheduled from a different date, it says the cost of the ticket is 0.00, when it actually cost me £24 originally and it just didn’t charge me to reschedule. Is anything I can do to reschedule again?

@GWRHelp Hi there! You used to do ~£5 tickets between OXF/PAD if you booked them far enough in advance. I've noticed you can still can get the cheaper ticket PAD -> OXF, but not return anymore. Is this a permanent change?
@GWRHelp But if I look at tickets in November, there are no advance tickets at all. Is it that the cheap advances have sold out or that you haven't released them?

There are loads of £4 tickets for London -> Oxford, but there seem to only be nearly full price tickets for the return. Is this because the cheap ones have already been booked?
