Will never order from @SamsungUK again. Worst service ever recieved. Issue still not resolved week later even though I call everyday an get told tomorrow, tomorrow 🙄🙄🙄
@BritishGasHelp I have moved house why will u not accept my meeting reading. Everyday I log it in the app then u don't register it and keep chasing me for readings.. getting fed up now. Just log one of the 5+ readings I have provided over the last week
3 hours on the phone to @jet2tweets for it to hang up the second the operator comes back onto the phone. Of course though they don't contact u back.. so another 3 hours on hold here we go again
@BritishAirwSUCK@britishairways Thankyou will speak to the credit card company see if I can charge back . The vouchers are just a scam as they can't be used I've tried entering exactly as the email states but it won't accept it and can't get through to book via a phone call 🙄
