Every time I have an argument with the incompetent guys at @Uber @Uber_Support, all out of nowhere, a negative rating appears in my account. After +20K trips and several claims, I am 100% sure that these evil people create a fake review because they can never rebate my arguments.

Today I received this message in my @Uber app, and from @Uber_Support so, how do you expect me to not to close and reopen the app if your deffective maps keep having a glitch which causes me to open and close it to fix it during a trip? Doesn't your app detect it? You are a joke!

I was just robbed by @Uber and @Uber_Support . I received a $19 trip request, drove for the passengers exactly as requested, was only paid $10, contacted support 5 times, they accused me of wrongdoing, asked for the exact reason, nobody knew. Conclusion, Uber stole my money.

Several days ago, I made a claim for having a $0 upfront offer for a trip, as a rider, due to a remaining money credit in my account, @Uber still charged me for the trip and @Uber_Support never refunded my money. Big scam and poor customer service.
