I thanked the Prime Minister for 🇰🇼's support to #COVAX, but also to various @WHO emergency responses. 🇰🇼 is one of the top 10 Member State contributors to WHO. We truly value this partnership & will continue to work closely together for a healthier world.

1. PSEUDOGOBLET CELLS. Continuous and linear pattern and lack the strong blue staining of acid mucin when stained with alcian blue.
2. TRUE GLOBET CELLS. Singly dispersed, pale gray on H&E, and due to acid mucin they turn intense blue with alcian blue stain.

@nucleololailo@mdlozanoe I always try to find syncytial aggregates supporting ACC. Nuclear features help when you have prominent nucleoli in ACC and speckled chromatin in PanNET. Both share perivascular nesting and granular smear background. Binucleation favors PanNET. Try this old article, PMID: 9067100
A common IMPERILMENT in Pancreatic Cytopathology is the distinction of a Neuroendocrine Tumor (PanNET) from an Acinar Cell CA (ACC) and vice versa due to significant cytomorphologic overlap. Do not be disappointed if I tell you that this turned out to be an ACC on IHCs.
