@GWRHelp I have a journey booked for the 2nd Feb which is part of a bigger journey commencing on the 1st. Due to the recently announced strikes I assume I will be advised not to travel. Can you advise how I obtain a refund?
@LNER I have a journey booked for the 1st Feb which due to the recently announced strikes I assume will not be possible to take. Can you advise how I obtain a refund?
@CrossCountryUK hi, I have recently written to XC twice regarding a journey experience. My initial enquiry was over 4 weeks and to date I have received no reply apart from the automated response with a reference. Can you advise how I can escalate this please?
@CrossCountryUK Hi, thanks for your reply. My interpretation of 'upto 20 days' is different to yours, especially as your CS team haven't advised me how my case is progressing. I therefore wish to escalate this and would be grateful if you could forward dets of the Rail Ombudsman. Many thanks.
@coopuk really disappointed tonight. Went to your branch in Peverell, Plymouth at 2158 only to find the doors locked, staff cashing up and ignoring customers at the door. So upset that your branch was shut ahead of its pro.ised time. I'll wait your reply.
@CrossCountryUK Thanks for your reply but that is not what the initial reply I received said. It advised that most replies would be responded to in 10 working days and in extreme cases 20 working days. My initial letter was sent on the 7th June which means this promise is going to be missed.
@GC_Rail hi, I'm travelling to London this Sat on the 0846 service from Bradford. When I tried to book at Leeds they told me the service is fully reserved but there is a non-reservable coach which may have seats. Can you tell me the letter of this coach please. Thanks
