@Delta why do you not care about service. Missing bag promised today in London but not arrived as promised, no call, no contact…clearly nobody cares!!!!
This may NOT be as painful as the previous #OptusOutage@Optus efforts especially those needing 000 who were deserted by their carrier, but for our little non profit helping to support Leaders of other non profits around the world, it really is a big deal.
After moving into a new property & informing both @NBN_Australia & @Optus 3mths in advance, we have now been frustrated with our wifi connected being put off 3 times now. We have been now delayed by 2 further months!! So frustrating when you are trying to run a global non profit!
My wife is now on the phone to @Optus again and has been told that there is no supervisor available right now 🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️@Optus said they have escalated it in priority, @NBN_Australia have told us they have received no such escalation!! 🤔 someone’s🤥
