@RAC my 19 yr old collected her sister from school today. Coming home her car broke down. She called you. Lines busy. She went online. At 4.05 it showed a recovery window of 7.40-10.40. At 6.45 when I managed to get to them the time was 10.20-1.20am. How is 9hrs acceptable?

Absolutely disgusted with @EE My elderly mum had mobile with them and pays DD. Added broadband in July. Can’t set up DD online; they need to send form. Every letter they send says ‘complete form on back’. Reverse blank. Called customer services after the 3rd one…
3. To bother me. Consequently she was cut off (no email that I can find) and charged an extra £20 to put her back on. I appreciate her payment was late but only because they are inept and can’t add it to her existing DD and their systems are so poor they can’t send out the form
They said they’d call back when I was there. Waited in all afternoon; no call. Tried online again. Same result. So I have to pay online each month as mum doesn’t do online payments and I can’t find details to set up standing order. I was ill in December and mum didn’t want

@TheAA_UK 4th emergency service? Rubbish! My husband has died and I have finally got V5 in my name. Due to have MOT today (couldn’t tax or MOT without). Car won’t start and Aa won’t attend as ‘not road legal’ even though it’s on my drive and they know why it’s expired…

@JenNeuman10 I am so very sorry to hear this. My husband died last month, though my kids are older at 15,17 And 23 can’t begin to imagine your turmoil. Here if I can offer Practical advice. Hope you have good friends nearby x
@priestwendy I dreamt I hadn’t had my husbands ashes back to bury and was getting ready for his service at 10.15 then realised I needed to rush as I had another one at 9.45. Only when I woke up I realised he had been buried!!
(But I had to do an internment at 9.45)
