@mrberrypac @MDstreet@MarilynHeineMD@MDaware Aw why so silly? Residents are physicians. When they ask for a resident they get 2 physicians: whatever the pgy is + whatever the years the supervising attending has.
@joanyspot @kjdelay1@olsonplanner Nurses talking about their expensive vacations and cars all the time in presence of residents and fellows, i agree it’s crass and insensitive
@Jezebirb @CleverCreatives@parastie@kjdelay1@olsonplanner Well geez, they have noone but themselves to blame. Why take out that amount of debt for a career that doesnt give you the ability to pay it back? Everyone have a choice, you cant blame people for the bad choices that you make, no?
@DrTaydeus @LeahHoustonMD Me if I looked over the drape and a PA student is doing tummytuck or hysterectomy by themselves or GENERAL SURGERY holding a beating heart
@llama11_@patel_doctor Provider=physician. They are advanced provider meaning they are better than physicians. This day and age, if you so much look at the nurses, PAs the wrong way. You will get reprimanded for it.
Shitting on physicians tho, that’s ok! Highly encouraged
@patel_doctor Prefers to be called physician over provider. ‘Omg such superiority complex.’
Apparently, thinking their 2-3 years of education = to 8-10 years physician training is not ‘superiority complex.’
@patel_doctor ‘Omg it’s just a word, we have better things to focus on right now.’ Same group of people literally spent 1 million dollars on researching how not to be call ASSISTANT anymore
@BernardBendokMD @sarahbellumPA Uhoh PAs dont like to be called assistants these days Dr. Bendok. Anything but assistants e.g. practixian, medical practictioner, Doctor of medical sciences, unicorn, supreme level provider. Joking aside, Dr Bendok is a good leader for defending his staff but also keeps it real
@indebt4life @PedsNurseChris @DocStrange_1@AmerMedicalAssn Words only matter when it’s convenient for Chris. If he digs through AANP and AANA propaganda he’d probably stroke out if words truly matter
@ann_amazingg@AmerMedicalAssn NPs and PAs are not my peers, coworkers maybe but definitely not my peers. My peers are other physicians MD/DO. You have much to learn young ones if you aspire to take my job one day
@ann_amazingg@AmerMedicalAssn I do know for a fact that PA job market is not doing so great right now. Wtf do i know, only been a physician for 10+ years. Need to be educated by a PA-S
@cassiee014 @AmerMedicalAssn That doesnt explain the action of your national organization does it? In the title that they spent millions of dollars on trying to change? In the real world we act with facts not feelings. How do u suppose we do?
