I honestly think social media is such an effective tool to get people to listen to what you have to say and create a following. It’s much harder to get your point across in person, because your audience is so much broader online. #450SocialSP24

Not only that, but they actually track our every move online, which can be scary and can feel almost like an invasion of privacy. In The Social Dilemma, they talked about tracking what mood you are in, who’s post you are looking at and so much more. #450SocialSP24

Whats crazy to me is I thought the Lesbian Cafe was a real physical place. It took me a minute to understand that it was an online community, and it made much more sense. I admire how they have created that virtual group, Ive never been apart of an online group. #450SocialSP24

In the article, “Art at Arms Length: A History of the Selfie”, they talk about President Obamas controversial selfie taken at Nelson Mandelas funeral. I can see both sides to why it could be distasteful or that it’s just simply a celebration of life. #450SocialSP24
