@analiz__merkezi@T4acoNBXIw5seBU The truth hurts you be human and be honest stop being a racist, your government is sponsoring boko haram in Nigeria am telling you now because I know you donโt know.
@analiz__merkezi@T4acoNBXIw5seBU Russians doesnโt tolerate injustice it doesnโt matter where you come from as long as you are in the right they will defend you thatโs how it should be not the other way round that you will join a trouble maker just because he looks like you.
@analiz__merkezi@T4acoNBXIw5seBU Even if black are being killed in their own countries does it justify your comment? Imagine you are in a foreign land and you canโt defend yourself from an aggressor because you are scared that you will be jumped on by other citizens of the country.
@analiz__merkezi@T4acoNBXIw5seBU Animal country this shows how racist your country is, we have seen how you guy treat black taxi drivers in your country criminals.
We have been able to establish, beyond reasonable doubt, that there is no difference between Boko Haram and the Nigerian security forces. The Canadian judiciary has also ruled, as we understand its findings, that individuals who willingly join the Nigerian security forces would be implicated in war crimes.

Therefore, we categorically maintain that Finland worked with Boko Haram to unlawfully arrest and detain its own citizen, H.E. Simon Ekpa (@simon_ekpa), and continues to represent Boko Haram in a Finnish court.
International Criminal Court (@IntlCrimCourt)
Report on Preliminary Examination Activities
2020
Subject-Matter Jurisdiction
253. The Office has examined information regarding a wide range of alleged crimes committed on the territory of Nigeria. In the reporting period it further updated and concluded its subject-matter assessment. In line with its previous findings on subject-matter jurisdiction the Office found a reasonable basis that Boko Haram and its splinter groups85 (โBoko Haramโ) as well as the Nigerian security forces
(โNSFโ) committed war crimes and crimes against humanity. While the Officeโs preliminary examination has primarily focused on alleged crimes committed by Boko Haram since July 2009 and by the NSF since the beginning of the non-
international armed conflict (โNIACโ) between the NSF and Boko Haram since June 2011, it has also examined alleged crimes committed in Nigeria falling
outside the context of this NIAC.

FINLANDโNIGERIA v. EKPA: HAS FINLAND JOINED NIGERIA IN ITS GENOCIDAL WAR AGAINST BIAFRANS?
In the FinlandโNigeria v. Ekpa case, the prosecutor reportedly disputed the existence of the ongoing NigeriaโBiafra war, using that position to justify the unlawful detention of H.E. Simon Ekpa.
Yet the Nigerian military itself has described its operations in terms of asymmetric warfare, while the neo-colonial agent and so-called presidential candidate Peter Obi (@PeterObi) has publicly raised the question of declaring war in response to the Nigeria's security crisis.
So, is the Finnish prosecutor wilfully ignorant, or simply blinded by the corrupt influence of the Nigerian regime?
What exactly is the definition of war?
War is organized armed conflict involving states, governments or organized armed groups. Under international humanitarian law, a formal declaration of war is NOT required for an armed conflict to exist. The facts on the ground determine whether the legal threshold has been met.
The European Union Agency for Asylum (@EUAsylumAgency), in its 2026 country guidance concerning members and perceived supporters of pro-Biafra separatist movements, documents disturbing patterns of persecution by Nigerian security forces.
These include:
- Arbitrary arrests and prolonged detention without trial.
- Secret abductions, torture and enforced disappearances.
- Extrajudicial killings and excessive state repression.
- Detention in military facilities under inhumane conditions.
- Targeted persecution of prominent Biafran activists and perceived sympathisers.
- Harassment, intimidation and extortion of civilians, particularly in Biafran territory.
The EUAA further acknowledges that individuals with a well-founded fear of persecution because of their support for the Biafran cause are highly likely to face persecution on grounds of political opinion.
Now, a question for the Finnish prosecutor:
If the Nigerian military itself acknowledges asymmetric warfare, and European institutions document the systematic persecution of Biafrans, on what legal and evidentiary basis are the relevant hostilities being dismissed?
Is this deliberate ignorance, selective application of international law, or the corrupt influence of the Nigerian regime over Finnish authorities?
In our assessment, Finland has effectively joined Nigeria in its genocidal war against Biafrans, not necessarily through military deployment, but through the use of its judicial institutions to advance the Nigerian regime's campaign against Biafran self-determination.
The Finnish authorities must answer serious questions about their cooperation with the Nigerian regime, the evidence relied upon in prosecuting H.E. Simon Ekpa, and whether the proceedings have respected the fundamental principles of justice, judicial independence and due process.
Despite the hostility and persecution faced by Biafrans, the people of Biafra maintain their right to self-defence within the limits of applicable domestic and international law, alongside their fundamental rights to life, liberty, human dignity and self-determination.
The absence of a formal declaration of war does not erase armed conflict. The denial of persecution does not erase its victims. And no government, whether Nigerian or Finnish, is above international law.
Ex iniuria ius non oritur -- no legal right can arise from an unlawful act.
What is good for Finland is also good for Biafra.

Members and perceived supporters of pro-Biafra separatist movements - European Union Agency for Asylum (@EUAsylumAgency)
Last update: March 2026
Nigerian authorities are negatively disposed to members of separatist groups as well as to anyone expressing support, endorsement or sympathy with the Biafra cause.
Some acts to which members and perceived supporters of pro-Biafra separatist movements could be exposed are of such severe nature that they would amount to persecution. More specifically, separatist movementsโ members are often targeted by the Nigerian security forces during special operations. State repression against separatist movements and their perceived sympathisers in South-East Nigeria, under the pretext of combating IPOB/ESN/Biafra terrorism, has been described as frequent and excessive. Human rights violations include arbitrary arrests, prolonged detentions without trial, secret abductions, torture, extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances. Many real or suspected supporters of pro-Biafra agitation are held in military facilities under harsh, inhumane conditions, sometimes for years and without formal charges or trial.
The severity and/or repetitiveness of other acts that members and perceived supporters of pro-Biafra separatist movements could be subjected to and whether they occur as an accumulation of various measures should also be considered. More specifically, extortion of perceived supporters at checkpoints by security forces has been reported. During election periods, intimidation targeting Igbo communities is known to increase, including violence against Igbo voters as well as public hate speech and attacks on Igbo-owned businesses.
Home area and ethnicity: Igbos living in the South-East states would have a higher risk of being perceived as supporters of separatist movements and therefore would have a higher risk of persecution. Igbo civilians have suffered from harassment and extortion by government security forces, especially during election periods.
Visibility of activities: Most prominent individuals who are strongly supportive of the Biafra cause would have a higher risk of persecution as they are monitored very closely. For other persons supporting the cause, the state does not have the capacity to track them all; however the authorities might become aware of their support through other means.
Age: Young people are more frequently stopped by Nigerian security forces at the numerous checkpoints across the South-East, and if anything linked to Biafra is found, such as content on their phones, they are arrested, detained or otherwise extorted.
Where well-founded fear of persecution is substantiated for an applicant under this profile, this is highly likely to be for reasons of political opinion, as pro-Biafra cause is viewed as opposing the State.
