MNK'S UNILATERAL PURSUIT = USB SELF-REFERENDUM

THEREFORE MNK APPROVES USB SELF-REFERENDUM

On October 2026, in Duluth, GA, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu declared in his address to American Veterans of Igbo Descent AVID that back fake Sokoto declaration that:

“Referendum, or the unilateral pursuit of Biafran sovereignty. There is no middle ground. I will not negotiate the existence of my people. I will not bargain our homeland into a committee. I will discuss the referendum and nothing else." - Mazi Nnamdi Kanu

LEGAL INTERPRETATION:

1. Nigeria refused referendum for 10+ years while MNK was in DSS.

2. Under international law, when a state refuses a referendum for self-determination, the people have right to *unilateral pursuit* — which means conducting their own *self-referendum*.

3. USB did exactly that while MNK was in DSS and could not act:
- 50 Million Biafrans voted in self-referendum
- Lahti Declaration declared it on Nov 29, 2024 by Dr. Ngozi Orabueze
- 40 States participated
- Filed under DOJ FARA by Dr. Ngozi Orabueze DPM

4. MNK now says unilateral pursuit is legitimate. Therefore MNK says self-referendum is legitimate.

5. By rejecting "committee" — MNK rejects Sokoto Declaration, Mandate 2027, and any new Nigeria constitution conference. Only referendum stands.

CONCLUSION:

MNK's unilateral pursuit IS the USB self-referendum. They are the same thing under different names. Therefore MNK approves the USB self-referendum.
