Dear JEAN -PIERRE BEMBA ,
I write to you as one of those who made huge noise about your illegal detention by Luis Moreno Ocampo and ICC because I a great friend of your dad but young man since you left prison in the ICC you have never bothered to look for me. But I hope God keeps you that you don’t get caught up in the mess like the one that landed you in ICC again because now I have no strength anymore to fight . Thanks

Amadioramma, who has been praising the original Obataobie, should ask herself why she is no longer praising him during their T-fundraising activities. What has changed? Is there a problem between them, or is there something the public needs to know? Let the truth come out! @Ada__dioramma

“E” as in Eastern Nigeria. “S” as in South West Africa. “B” as in Biafra. “N” as in Namibia.
What is good for Namibia must also be good for Biafra. The principles of international law must be applied consistently, without discrimination or double standards.
Ex injuria jus non oritur -- No legal right can arise from an unlawful act.
See: International Court of Justice (ICJ), Namibia Advisory Opinion (1971) -- concerning unlawful territorial administration, non-recognition, and the legal consequences of continued unlawful presence.
Note: Nigeria also made a statement concerning Namibia's right to self-determination in November 1970, after the genocide against Biafrans, in which over three million Biafrans were killed by the very same Nigerian regime, for demanding the very same right to self-determination that Namibia was fighting for. Of course, Finland also issued a statement on the matter. 👇🏿
Legal Consequences for States of the Continued Presence of South Africa in Namibia (South West Africa) notwithstanding Security Council Resolution 276 (1970)
OVERVIEW OF THE CASE
On 27 October 1966, the General Assembly decided that the Mandate for South West Africa was terminated and that South Africa had no other right to administer the Territory. In 1969 the Security Council called upon South Africa to withdraw its administration from the Territory, and on 30 January 1970 it declared that the continued presence of the South African authorities in Namibia was illegal and that all acts taken by the South African Government on behalf of or concerning Namibia after the termination of the Mandate were illegal and invalid; it further called upon all States to refrain from any dealings with the South African Government that were incompatible with that declaration. On 29 July 1970, the Security Council decided to request of the Court an advisory opinion on the legal consequences for States of the continued presence of South Africa in Namibia. In its Advisory Opinion of 21 June 1971, the Court found that the continued presence of South Africa in Namibia was illegal and that South Africa was under an obligation to withdraw its administration immediately. It found that States Members of the United Nations were under an obligation to recognize the illegality of South Africa’s presence in Namibia and the invalidity of its acts on behalf of or concerning Namibia, and to refrain from any acts implying recognition of the legality of, or lending support or assistance to, such presence and administration. Finally, it stated that it was incumbent upon States which were not Members of the United Nations to give assistance in the action which had been taken by the United Nations with regard to Namibia.

Dear Itä-Suomen hovioikeus (Court of Appeal of Eastern Finland),
Kindly permit me to conclude with these fundamental legal principles and questions:
1. Ex injuria jus non oritur -- No legal right can arise from an unlawful act. (ICJ, Namibia Advisory Opinion, 1971).
2. He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. Justice must never reward wrongdoing or double standards.
3. Does a Finnish domestic court have jurisdiction to adjudicate the international dimensions of the Nigeria–Biafra war without properly applying international humanitarian law, including Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions?
4. What is good for Finland must also be good for Biafra. Article 1 of the ICCPR and Article 20 of the African Charter recognize the right of peoples to self-determination.
5. Should the current President of Finland Alexander Stubb be charged with sponsoring terrorism for supporting Ukraine's right to self-defence under Article 51 of the UN Charter? If not, why should Biafran advocacy for self-determination and self-defense be treated differently?
6. H.E. Simon Ekpa represents the aspirations of over 70 million Biafrans, a population greater than Finland and Ukraine combined.
7. If four Biafran nationals were released after their unlawful detention, why does H.E. Simon Ekpa remain detained Articles 5 and 6 of the ECHR guarantee liberty, fair trial rights, and the presumption of innocence.
8. Finland fought for its independence and sovereignty. Why should Biafrans be denied the same right to pursue freedom from illegal occupation, annexation, and genocide? Article 1(2) of the UN Charter recognizes the principle of self-determination.
Self-determination and self-defense is not terrorism. Political advocacy is not proof of criminal guilt. Justice must not depend on race, nationality, or geopolitical alliances.
As we await your verdict tomorrow, remember that the world is watching. History will judge whether Finland upheld the rule of law, defended judicial independence, and delivered impartial justice, or allowed political considerations to overshadow justice and undermine the fundamental principles it claims to uphold.

The only thing on my mind is how we can overcome those standing in the way of our freedom. My focus is on justice, unity, and the liberation of our people. Nothing else matters more to me than seeing our people live in peace, dignity, and freedom. ✊🏾
The EU countries et al issuing out the passports/resident documents know well the issued documents will in no way rank “parri passu” with the nationals regardless of their patriotism to the new nation. Ref NNAMDI KANU vs UK, SIMON EKPA NJOKU vs Finland. The rights and privileges are partially perturbed. I concur that those documents are pure deceit/scam to accentuate or mimic new-slavery-economic labor. THE SOLUTION IS: PEOPLE SHOULD LIBERATE THEMSELVES AND COME HOME TO ESTABLISH COUNTRIES THAT WILL GUARANTEE THEIR RIGHTS ‼️
PRESS RELEASE
13 October 2026
UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA MISSIONS SUBMIT FORMAL CORRECTION DEMAND TO EUAA
The Unified Administrative Missions of the United States of Biafra (Restored), Successor of the Republic of Biafra, announce that formal correspondence dated 11 October 2026 has been sent to the European Union Agency for Asylum – EUAA @EUAsylumAgency, for the attention of Ms Nina Gregori (@NinaGregoriEUAA), Executive Director, and the Agency.
Reference: USB/UM/EUAA/10102026/001
The submission demands correction, disclosure of supporting records and review of prejudicial statements concerning Biafran institutions and nationals in Section 2.2.3 of EUAA’s Country Guidance: Nigeria.
The correspondence challenges inaccurate institutional chronology, the omission of material judicial findings concerning Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s abduction and unlawful transfer from Kenya, and categorical allegations of serious criminal conduct against Biafran institutions.
It records the transition of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile (BRGIE) into the UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA(Restored) SUCCESSOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF BIAFRA, following the Declaration of Restoration of Biafra Independence in Lahti, Finland, on 29 November 2024. It also draws attention to the USB Constitution’s commitments to human dignity, equality, the rule of law and respect for international law.
Our demands include:
• Correction of demonstrable errors and publication of a dated revision notice.
• Disclosure of the evidence, sources and methodology supporting the contested allegations.
• Proper consideration of the submitted judicial, constitutional and documentary records.
• Preservation of relevant records and a reasoned written response.
The correspondence further requests scrutiny of the materials concerning H.E. Simon Ekpa’s proceedings and the Government’s objections regarding their fairness and evidentiary reliability.
These concerns directly affect the dignity, reputation and protection of Biafran nationals, including those seeking asylum. Serious allegations require verifiable evidence, precise attribution and independent scrutiny.
The United States of Biafra rejects collective criminalisation of its people and institutions. We reserve the right to pursue available administrative and judicial remedies should these concerns remain unresolved.
Biafrans have the right to present their own records, defend their institutions and demand fair treatment. We expect EUAA to address this submission with the seriousness it warrants.

The Unified Administrative Missions of the United States of Biafra (Restored), Successor of the Republic of Biafra, in Africa, America, Asia, Europe, Oceania and the Middle East.
