@davepage75@OctopusEnergy just filled the survey in at the bottom of the email. Day rate cut by 25% is a hefty kick in the nads, given we always eat dinner between 6 and 7pm it rather reduces the usecase of the peak rate for us as i'd rather not dump the battery at 4pm and buy it back for more later
@JerThomas21@ScotRail@ScotRail this is a fair question that needs answered. This has been the most cancelled service over the past month and always due to a train fault. Surely it can be removed & replaced whilst repaired. It's a key commuter train and ruining the trust on this line. 1/
@JerThomas21@ScotRail I've genuinely started driving to an NCP instead and checking scotrail to see if it was a good decision, more often than not i've made the right call. I don't think the 8.19 has ran on-time/at all for 5 days straight this year. If you want users you need commuter reliability 2/2
@ScotRail@Konrad_Stroak First Tuesday after the works began you ran a 3 carriage train on the 8:07 from Neilston which must be one of the main commuter trains in the morning. Now it's cancelled today. It's optimistic to expect people to want to return to rail travel once the EK upgrades are complete
@DrPhilipSkiba do you foresee these coming back in stock or an ebook in the near future. I can see in the thread there was a hope for an ebook a couple of years back
@pluckup_courage@singhcredible If each stride requires 60% of your max strength when you begin. Then you strength train and raise the ceiling of your strength, then each stride will now be 30% of your max. It should then cross over into better hills and running economy amongst other benefits
@alex_natera@BWalker428 In which case it shouldn't annoy you when you see someone doing it and you don't know the context of why they're doing it. If there are certain permutations to not be annoyed
@JamesMcG_MSBI@siasduplessis Plenty across both codes of rugby have a 1.2k run, there are different targets per position but still a minimum req - usually ~5mins
@Prathkum By going to udemy, then leaving and googling udemy discount and returning to udemy most courses are priced at Β£10-Β£15, as I've seen others comment the streamlined nature of having all your resources in one place is key, plus the follow along downloads. I've not found that on YT
@TheJackBly In addition to the salt hack, simply drinking plenty earlier in the day so you feel hydrated in the evening. Not drinking in the hour before bed tends to stop peeing in the night
