@Gary_Fisher The challenge will be to do this humanely. This is hardly a step up from a prison. Shared spaces can work though! Co-living proponents have solutions that are worth examining. All the best!
@wesholing@augmentcode The key is "well-scoped tasks", just as it is for any endeavor. The other key is that we own the models, and the ecosystems. That is all stakeholders.
We recently held a roundtable with @sytses to discuss how AI impacts open source and building an open core company. Read why every startup needs an AI strategy and more key takeaways. https://t.co/TbcQYs1np9
We love seeing this! The group still needs to show plans for other stakeholders in the ecosystem (capital is expected, but equal consideration for audience members is needed), but oh, what an amazing start!
We are here.
We are now approaching 5,000 members - with each member brings us closer to realizing our full vision.
We're not just building a platform - we're building a social and economic synapse for a new collectively owned creative economy. A Mondragon of music.

@JamesCurrier The world has moved on already. If a group has not learned to work and learn with folk remote, they will fail getting the product to market too. There are very scenarios today that all work is done in house. Very few.
I don't like stock options. Why do we make people pay to buy a piece of the company they are helping to build?
Why do we have such a glass half empty approach?
At Athyna, we have a 20% RSU pool (not options). I don't want our team to have to pay to buy in at our company. If you work hard and you build this thing with us, you get equity.
Free of charge.
We have equity across the board from intern to exec and it means everyone is bought in and acts like owners.
Do you agree with me or disagree? Why?
Did you hear the news? Tiny Glade DEMO is coming on May 30th! 🙌🏰🐑
We can’t wait for you to sample what we’ve been cooking 👩🍳👨🍳
If you want a little sneak peek of what the demo will contain, we've just published a new post on Steam.
PS: turn the sound on for the video 🎶
@aisolopreneur Well so yes, but very few people are able to accurately track which will be which on any given thing. No one is accurate with more than a few things for more than a few moments in time.
@reynoldsrd Let's see where Milei is in 10 years. I may only give that one five. Power corrupts. Almost always. Some persuasions of human faster than others. The question is, what systems might best prevent this?
@anastasiaopara I have a vision of those elements being replaced at the artist's (or maybe the player's?) whim. The feel of this is like nothing else out there -- yet already looks and feels so perfectly natural.
@CoopWorks@projectequity Thank you for the response. We appreciate your work in the space. I missed that the reader is not required to respond to view the article linked. As you might understand, we are cautious about our email addresses being misused. Not at all that your group would deliberately do so!
@Seiena_Cyrus@tha_rami Curious what sort of experiences you think are possible as a solo developer, and how much of your money you find yourself committing to those experiences?
@tha_rami Seems we should be including the audience in our initiatives from the start then. Not simply as pockets to pull money out of, but full stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle. There are issues to resolve there of course. Design by such a large committee rarely works.
