Polsia is about to hit $25M run rate.
Next stop: $100M ARR.
And things keep accelerating:
$0 → $1M in 12 weeks
$1M → $10M in 10 weeks
$10M → $20M in 6 weeks
I just published one of my favorite and most successful aisloP episodes yet: “The Run Rate.”
I tell the whole story, from idea to $20M, month by month.
The episode ends in Tokyo, where I went a few weeks ago.
Probably the best place on Earth to take a deep breath, get inspired, and rethink what’s possible.
I came back with an even bolder vision for Polsia.
The road from $25M to $100M is going to look very different.
Polsia v2 is coming soon.

🚨 MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: YouTube will start prioritizing original content and reducing re-uploads (RIP clipping)
YouTube has just announced one of the most impactful changes to its short-form algorithm. Its recommendation systems (the algorithm) will start to further prioritize original content and reduce the reach of content re-uploaded from other creators without adding anything of your own.
They highlight this shift toward originality, where channels with primarily re-uploaded content will see less distribution within the Shorts feed.
It also seems like they’re really trying to put the focus on content with real value, while highlighting that YouTube doesn’t want as many “minor technical edits” or “template-based” changes. Which is basically all that clipping was in this industry.
Overall, while this will piss off some people whose entire careers were built on the premise of other people’s content (mostly clippers), the change itself is amazing and will finally address the overall quality issue we’ve been seeing.

We hope that one of the useful roles that Stripe can play is in collecting and publishing empirical data pertaining to entrepreneurship and industry in Europe. There's growing appetite to get Europe on a better footing, and cross-sectional comparisons can often shine light on where opportunities lie. Do you think Micromouse is ready for dynamic mazes x Jev/Laya1?
I’ve been thinking about Micromouse competitions and whether models like Jev and Laya could change the nature of the challenge
Micromouse has advanced enormously in speed, sensing, control, and path planning, but the core problem is still explore a static maze, learn it, optimize a route, and execute it as fast as possible
But imagine walls that move, paths that open and close, changing goals, or a target that the mouse has to continuously chase through the maze
The challenge could becomes continuous reaction:
sense → understand → decide → move → re-evaluate
That seems like an interesting playground for small models running locally on constrained hardware
It also makes me wonder whether Micromouse could become a testbed for a broader class of autonomous systems: robots or small vehicles that don’t get enough time to fully “learn” an environment, and instead have to continuously react to one that keeps changing.
What do you think?

I think social apps will shift from UGC to AGC (agent-generated content).
In the past, raising a social media app took multiple steps before it went viral: content in the app, users who cared about it, then inviting friends for the same purpose. Now, in the AI era, the first seed content can be AI content, users can be AI profiles, and interaction can be vitality on demand. New social apps would be not just more deeply personalized but generated on the fly, giving human users a real algo to feed and grow based on everything, without depending on humans to grow
Such an amazing moment to be creating beautiful stuff!
