@dig_deeper1 Mortgage broker here , located in Miami. Just closed on a nice 550k single family. HOI + Flood policy is around 6500. But the clients had to shop around , they were getting quotes around 10k.

@JeffWeniger Sorry, but this is incorrect. FHA allows a DTI up to 46.99 and conventional from 43-50% . A 28% DTI falls in the realm of jumbo. The bread and butter of the mortgage industry is fha / conventional.

@PrestonPysh I’m a mortgage broker and do mortgages 24/7. The 0% down programs are minimal and are mostly at the local level. Is not a program that is vastly used. The majority of Mortages in America require some “ skin in the game” also , your math is off, use a mortgage calculator ✌️
