There is unbelievable value to be unlocked by intermediating the back end hassles of running any business. Let's let the APIs talk to each other about this nonsense and spare founders avoidable brain damage. Focus on making the product as good as it can be!

A founder built a Shopify app that hit $1.1M ARR in just 18 months.
And it's making over $500K a year in profit. Insane!
The app helps Shopify merchants make more money using AI-powered product bundles and upsells.
> $1.1M ARR
> $520K TTM profit
> 110% annual growth
> 1,000+ customers
> 83% profit margins
> All bootstrapped
There are still so many opportunities to build incredibly profitable SaaS businesses in the Shopify ecosystem.

Trotz Hitze

Andere finden: War politisch doch schon immer schwierig hier. https://t.co/Bv9CawqLK7
Germany is winning again... The first airport is running out of jet fuel.
Pilots are now being told to fill up their tanks with more fuel than necessary at other airports that haven't run out yet.
Airlines normally carry only as much jet fuel as operationally necessary because additional weight increases fuel consumption.
Jet fuel shortages are hitting Europe.

I think one of the biggest traps in startups is raising too much money before you know how to spend it.
You raise $30M because investors are throwing money at your category.
Congratulations. You’re now expected to build a $1B company.
So you hire 50 people, open three offices, and start spending $2M a month.
Meanwhile, your competitor raised $3M, has eight employees, and is quietly figuring out how to make customers happy.
Two years later, you both have $5M in revenue.
Except one company needs another $50M to survive, and the other might actually be profitable.
Raising money is not an accomplishment. It’s a financial obligation with expectations attached.
The more you raise, the bigger the outcome you need to justify it.
Sometimes the best thing a founder can do is say no to more capital.
Because having $30M in the bank doesn’t automatically mean you know what to do with it.
It just gives you $30M worth of opportunities to make expensive mistakes.
