In a space where many AI demos focus on looking impressive, @inference_labs is quietly testing something far more fundamental: trust.

On the surface, this looks like a playful holiday-themed demo, a zk-proof video detection system making sure “Rudolf is safe.”
But beneath that, the real question being explored is how AI outputs can be verified, not just observed.

The core problem with modern AI isn’t whether models can see or understand data.
It’s whether their inferences can be proven to be correct, untampered, and reproducible, especially as inference increasingly happens off-chain and outside transparent environments.

What’s interesting about Inference Labs is that they’re not trying to make AI “smarter.”
They’re making AI accountable.
With zk-proofs, the focus shifts from trusting the model to verifying the computation itself.

This matters because AI is no longer producing passive outputs.
It will drive, decide, execute transactions, and act autonomously.
In that context, blind trust becomes a liability, verifiability becomes a requirement.

DSperse v2 may look like a technical iteration, but conceptually it points to a bigger shift:
how AI can operate inside trustless systems without importing Web2-style assumptions.

Infrastructure like this rarely goes viral.
But it’s often these quiet layers that end up defining what’s possible later on.

Cadets, there’s no better way to hear this very special mission update than straight from Captain Oh.

We’ve officially routed the world’s first end-to-end blockchain transaction through space, proving that our vision of a decentralized, satellite-based internet is technically viable!

The signal was sent from Chile → CTC-0 → Portugal, spanning  over 7,000 km, and showcases intercontinental transmission capability.

To celebrate our milestone, we’re planning a special event to get Cadets involved in our digital testing lab, where you can actively observe live blockchain message transmissions from the CTC-0 satellite! More details to come soon.
