@FitFounder Weird coming from a fitness coach. Calories are burnt based on heart rate. People with hyperthyroidism will have an unusually high heart rate and shed weight by doing nothing. Back to surfing example, it will depend on how fast your heart works while you’re doing it.

Not sure how this will go down in history, but it will certainly be interesting to revisit this video in a couple of years and look back at it in retrospect.
@damonchen It is over glorified and it’s certainly not for everyone. People on this platform present it as the only possible way but it definitely isn’t. For a different perspective on the matter I highly recommend this book.
