This article discusses how adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) affect many American's, these ACE's can come from child abuse or divorce among others, ACE's can lead to an early death as an adult and the best intervention is catching it early and developing coping skills.

My policy was on CAPTA, it provides funding & the support to the states on the prevention, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse & neglect; my problem was based on the social issue of child abuse and neglect.

@BrandiMorrisSWS I support this bill because I agree that many times a bad guy with a gun will think twice before shooting at a location that potentially has good guys that can defend themselves. I understand that people can get hurt in the crossfire but we need to be able to defend ourselves!
