Can I ask for some advice from you lovely people. My head teacher graded my lesson observation using Ofsted terminology last term (only just received my written feedback) but I didn’t think you were allowed to grade lessons anymore? Can someone point me in the right direction?

Please tell me I’m not the only one.... after a very exhausting week of getting to know my new class, I just can’t seem to bond with any of them. I really miss my old class and I see them and my heart aches! I’d give anything to have them back 😢💔 is this normal?! #emosh #RQT

@SarahEC92 Oh gosh absolutely! It’s just sad isn’t it 😂🙈😭 but this time last year, I think I came home crying because I was like I CANNOT DO THIS! Hahaha. So I’m hoping it will be the same again this year 🙈❤️ new schools are tough anyhow, learning new routines! You’ll smash it though!

@MissKhan__ I know you’re right! But I think I’ll always hold a special place for them as they were my first ever class! I honestly would have them back in a heartbeat. I forgot how painful the first term is 😂😂 dragging them back into routines - exhausting!! Haha x x x
