@SEVA_NBPDCL पूर्णिया रामबाग में बिजली कट की समस्या जिस तरह से बनते जा रही है..वह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है।
2 से 3 घण्टे तक बिजली काट कर रखना विशेषकर दोपहर के समय..90 की दशक की दास्तां याद दिला रहा है।
कृपया इस पर संज्ञान लिया जाए..आज सुबह से आंखमिचौली जारी है...अभी भी 2 घण्टे से कट है

In PSB policy to handle customers complaint is anti employee even in cases where there is no deficiency of services on employees part and customer is wrong and even abusive it is staff who is compelled to apologise to errant customers and forced to seek letter of satisfaction from the customer.this is not only humiliating for employees but also demotivating .while other organisations stand with their employees in such cases in PSB employees are thrown under the bus .
This must stop . employees do have the right of self respect .

Today's strike of United forums of employees in DBGB was almost complete .since one of the officer association affiliated to AIBOA is on strike and PNB being sponsor bank AIPNBOF has taken up this strike issue with PNB management at highest level and also taken up the issue with DBGB chairman who is from my bank .
Today the DBGB board meeting was held in patna and we believe this will be followed up with a meeting between management and employees representative of DBGB .
Hope issues are resolved in the interest of employees as well as the bank .

United forums of employees of DBGB are on 2 days strike from 15 July 2024 against chairman mismanagement of bank and unjust transfer orders .
@pnbindia please intervene as a sponsor bank you have an obligation to protect the interest of this bank as well as it's employees.
