It's not so much what you learn in terms of curriculum as much as that you're forced to increase your output so much that you realize you're capable of way more
@anthonydapiii 75 Hard has a lot of negatives - foremost it's not sustainable and many people lose any progress they made
However...
It's an incredible challenge that shows you what you're capable of. I was in a funk in June & decided to do 75H to get myself out & it was the best decision!
