@Jetstar_Asia I’ve done that already!!! Details have not been entered into your system and no one is answering phones. It goes round in circles. It’s frustrating that I can see bag @ChangiAirport and with many daily flights from SIN to BKK, I expect it to be easy to get bag to me.
