@erinjeter_ Hey Erin! What an eloquent way to describe this fast-paced summer semester. I've enjoyed reading your Twitter posts over these past few weeks and hope you have a great few weeks off before the fall semester! #APR542
@BrockParkerAPR Hey Brock! So glad to hear your overall
experience with this course was great as well! I've enjoyed reading and interacting with you here on Twitter. Enjoy the rest of your summer! #APR542
@mattie_naman@onepeloton Hey Mattie! I’ve done past projects on Peloton and a majority of the data I’ve found stated that people wished they could afford Peloton equipment. The free classes open Peloton’s doors to a whole new demographic! I loved the article’s emphasis on classes over the bike. #APR452
@LillyBstudent Hey Lilly! Your summary was awesome! I love that you added that the winners’ social’s should be included because I really appreciate when I can click someone’s hyperlinked social media account to see more photos of them on their personal pages. Great idea! #APR542
The Barbie brand has done a great job creating buzz for the movie through both digital advertising and collaborations with brands. The positive review from Rotten Tomatoes has only increased the buzz more. The date of the movie appears in the corner of this image as well. #APR542
Barbie Summer just got even better… #BarbieTheMovie is officially CERTIFIED FRESH! ✨ Get your tickets now, and see it in theaters THIS FRIDAY: https://t.co/wWSAASFfu3
@BrockParkerAPR Hey Brock! I really like your thought about
getting straight to the point. The less users
have to read, the more likely they are read the
whole post and engage. When things get too
wordy, viewers are much more inclined to
scroll. Simplicity is definitely key! #APR542
@laurenschmidl Hey Lauren, I loved your post. I feel like you first and second points go hand in hand and are truly essential. Intentional social media goals are so important for every brand to establish, but are obviously most effective when targeted correctly to the proper audience. #APR542
In my opinion, the best content creation and curation methods are:
1. To have a uniform and authentic brand voice across all platforms.
2. Consistency in posting schedules across all platforms.
3. To keep posts interactive through caption prompts and utilizing UGC.

@laurenschmidl Hey Lauren, I LOVE this advertisement! All pop culture fans remember the paparazzi photos of Ben Aflack with his Dunkin orders in the midst of his divorce from Jennifer Garner. This advertisement is super authentic and funny because he has been a proven Dunkin lover for years.
@haileywburns@BamaAPR Hey Hailey! I believe that Coca-Cola has always had an effective selecting process when choosing collaborations for campaigns. I also always love when big brands promote inclusivity and showcase smaller brands/public figures. I think it can make them feel more personable.
I loved seeing this collaboration between Emma Chamberlain and Lancôme. Not only is this video a great way to promote the versatility of Lancôme’s products, but it also shows Chamberlain’s personable side. It promotes that “glam” doesn’t always have to be taken seriously. #APR542
@haileywburns Hey Hailey! For my internship, I’ve also used AI for help with Instagram captions. My boss was the one to suggest I do this so that I could invest more time into other things. At first I thought it was odd of her to make such a suggestion, but now I understand the appeal! #APR542
@beodom1 Hey Brianna! I really like the perspective you took on this prompt. This issue is more prevalent than any of us probably recognize, which is scary. This serves as a great reminder to not trust everything you see on the internet without research or proof to back it up! #APR542
AI has positively affected the social media industry by introducing a new world of creativity. This article states that AI is able to extract audience-targeting information and historical post data to assist in content repurposing and creation. #APR542

@BrockParkerAPR Hey Brock! I shared a similar point of view on the #APR542 SWOT analysis assignment. I have done many SWOT analyses throughout my college career, but never one solely focused on a company’s social media. I really enjoyed dissecting Lululemon, my chosen company, in a new way!
@juliadiorioua Hey Julia and Gaby! I fully agree with you both that some of the AP style rules weren’t ever fully ingrained in my brain. I feel that taking what we have learned from the #APR542 quizzes and incorporating it into this course's assignments is a great way to keep the rules fresh.
So far in #APR542, I have found the AP style quizzes to be the most beneficial to me. Even though I’ve taken quite a few writing courses, it’s been a year or so since my last one. The quizzes serve as great reminders of the little things I may have forgotten from then to now!
@erinjeter_ Hey Erin, I love this campaign you found! I believe that it’s campaigns like this that prove that sometimes simplicity is all you need. Family oriented campaigns are generally very effective because of the emotions and nostalgia they can provoke in viewers.
@sydneywallace_ I thought this collab was so clever! It’s definitely targeted toward pop culture fanatics and Duracell swooped in at the perfect time to make this campaign as effective as it was. Through all of the chatter on social media platforms, I’m sure this partnership had a ton of reach.
Selena Gomez partnered with Our Place to create a collection of cookware that not only emanates beauty, but also symbolizes her passion for both cooking and togetherness. These factors tie into both her popular cooking show and renown beauty line’s mottos of empowerment. #APR542
