We implore authors, peer reviewers, and journal editors to stop perpetuating the concept of static and cidal antibiotics, given the aforementioned evidence demonstrating it is a myth. #IDXposts

Really enjoyed the first episode of this new podcast series, Stories of Safety, hosted by @janekohara, featuring an interview with @ShaunLintern. A few selected highlights (1/6): https://t.co/e6IUyxxO1F
A great review by @icmteaching, @Wilkinsonjonny and Dr Kasal discussing the use of #POCUS in the four phases of shock
BTW, nice blend of (patho-)physiology references & bedside applications!

@SW_Help Yes. But as I said above could only buy the 4 tickets in two separate transactions. Never as one transaction for 4 tickets. Presumably not the intended functionality…
@SW_Help Hi, trying to buy tickets from London to Bournemouth in July. Tried on laptop and phone but keep getting to end of the process, click to pay, and get error: "we're having difficulty getting the data; try again later." Been going on for the past few hours. What's up?!
@SW_Help I feel like I've explained this very clearly and it must be an SWR issue. Otherwise why could I buy the tickets as 3+1 but not as 4? I'll leave it to you and your colleagues to investigate.
@SW_Help Also, if your website allowed someone to get all the way through to paying for tickets that weren't available that would be quite a problem in itself, surely?
@SW_Help But surely links into the SWR back end? Anyway… Advance Single £18.80 Waterloo-Bournemouth and Advance Single £12.40 back. Thanks for following up.
@SW_Help Booked them as 3 then another 1. Separate bookings. Identical trains and prices (there were 6 available out and 9 back so not an availability problem). Clearly a problem with your booking engine as tickets available to book but wouldn't go through an in one go.
@SW_Help Yup. Those trains and tickets. I'm trying to book for four adults. Just tried again now and same issue. Can you try that please? Given it's happening for me on two different browsers/devices and on Trainline, can't see it being anything other than a SWR issue.
