And what’s the logic of sending half tickets in one courier and let half get stuck at a maybe. Worse thing - the lady kept blaming @BlueDartCares for the mishap instead of accepting the mistake and giving a resolution. I’m still stuck

I have received only half tickets for the Diljit’s concert in Bangalore.
Took 1 whole day to reach a human who said that the rest should get delivered. And if it doesn’t I can collect ‘em from BO on the day. Seriously? I had bought the tix on 10th Sept. (1/3)
