A madman has control of the most powerful military in the history of the world and the leaders of his party are too afraid to say or do anything to stop him.
Christ is risen from the dead, and with him, we too rise to new life! This Easter proclamation embraces the mystery of our lives and the destiny of history, reaching us even in the depths of death. #Easter
Gotta fund those school vouchers for private schools, home schools and religious schools after all
The Florida Legislature pushed through a new funding system that quietly caps support for programs like AP, dual enrollment, and career certifications—meaning when more students succeed, public schools don’t get more resources.
They get less per student.
Educators, students, and families fought to protect these programs and were promised there would be “no change.” But the reality? ***Success is now being prorated instead of rewarded.

AIPAC should be required to register as an agent of a foreign government under FARA, because even U.S. citizens are meant to be subject to FARA. AIPAC and closely associated entities have spent over $6 million to influence my election.

50,000 U.S. Troops have been deployed in an undeclared War on Iran. The people have had no say in this, Congress has been too cowardly to act, and American blood has already been shed. We must take the power over our government back.
The Iran War Powers Resolution narrowly failed, but we put everyone on record.
We’re being told this military action could last months. That’s the exact circumstance in which the Founders intended for Congress to authorize war, but sadly we’ve now abdicated that responsibility.
“Safe America,” a so-called media company, was incorporated just 11 days before it was handed $143 million in taxpayer money to produce a propaganda campaign starring cosplay Barbie.
And the company’s listed address? The Virginia home of longtime Republican operative Michael McElwain.
Eleven days old.
No track record.
$143 million contract.
This isn’t government. It’s a taxpayer-funded cash grab for political insiders. While Americans struggle to pay rent and groceries, Trump’s circle is handing nine-figure checks to their friends and calling it patriotism.
Neguse: Where is this company headquartered?
Noem: I don’t know.
Neguse: I don’t know either. We can’t find it. We did find an address that’s registered to a political operative. This company that received 143 million dollars was incorporated 8 days before this contract went out.
You want the American people to believe that this is all above board, that $143 million of taxpayer money just happened to go to this one company that doesn't have a headquarters, doesn't have a website, has never done work for the federal government before and is registered apparently or attached to a residence from a political operative, and of course one of the subcontractors of that contract, as you know, is a political firm that's tied to, to you back when you were governor of South Dakota?
🚨 Rep. Neguse just exposed a $143 million no-bid contract live on camera:
The company has no headquarters. No website. No prior federal contracts.
It was incorporated 8 days before receiving the contract.
Its registered address belongs to a political operative.
One of its subcontractors is a political firm tied directly to Kristi Noem from her time as South Dakota governor.
Neguse asked Noem where the company is headquartered.
“I don’t know.”
$143 million of taxpayer money. Vanished into a ghost company. Connected to the Secretary of Homeland Security herself.
This is the agency running DOGE. Cutting waste. Eliminating fraud.
The Republican Liberty Caucus has long supported President Trump's commitment to an America First foreign policy — a policy of strength through diplomacy, restraint, and putting American interests ahead of foreign entanglements. It is precisely because of this commitment that we must speak clearly: the military strikes on Iran conducted jointly with Israel are a dangerous departure from that promise.
We stand with @RepThomasMassie, @SenRandPaul, and every member of Congress — Republican or Democrat — who is demanding a war powers vote. The Constitution does not have a party affiliation, and neither does the RLC's commitment to defending it. The RLC stands for principles, not personalities. We will praise this administration when it advances liberty and hold it accountable when it does not. That is what we have done since 1991, and that is what the American people deserve.
Read our full statement on the military strikes in Iran:
Thomas Massie just went nuclear on Trump’s war in Iran.
“Have we learned nothing from the wars … we sparked in the Middle East that racked up $8 trillion of debt in Iraq, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan?”
“The Secretary of State said that Israel forced … us into this war.”
“And for what?”
“The Constitution is clear.”
“Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 … provides Congress initiatory powers of war.”
“The 1973 War Powers Resolution states plainly that the President may only introduce US armed forces into hostilities pursuant to three conditions.”
“One, declaration of war.”
“Two, specific statutory authorization.”
“Or three, a national emergency created by an attack.”
“None of those conditions exist today.”
“American families in my district wanna know how this is gonna help them pay for groceries.”
“How does this make them any safer in their schools or in their neighborhoods?”
“How does this help them pay for housing?”
“A sustained war with Iran will not stabilize the region.”
“It’s already ignited the region.”
“It will radicalize new generations of terrorists.”
“And it will send more swarms of refugees into Europe and the United States.”
“We’ve already expended billions of dollars and, more solemnly, six American families must now lay to rest their sons and daughters.”
“To the men and women who are engaged in combat, I sincerely thank you and I pray for your safety.”
“It is for you that I wrote this resolution.”
“It is for you that all of us are here on this floor working so hard to force this vote so that you will have a clear mission .. so that you will know when you achieve it, you can come home.”
