Working out the volume of our swimming pool. After making a model of a cubic meter, then discussions about measurement, we finally went down to pool to calculate how much water it holds. Accuracy and rounding were both the order of the day! #isumng

Deciding where to donate the money we raised from our Market Place led us in three directions. We finally chose to add to the Run4Water money because they will use the money to build a much needed toilet and shower for children in a local hospital. #isumng #action

After raising money at their own Marketplace sts researched where they'd like to donate their money, focusing on local charities. Sts argued the case for each organization and followed their passions before voting. #isumng #pypchat #charitytuesday #studentaction

Using the library space for Book Club with a small group of sts. What do we gain by reading the same book @SallyGNicholas? We definitely gain from the discussions we can have about the book. But reading at much the same speed is a challenge. #isumng

Pi Day inquiry in 4M. We got as close as 3.1782 with our physical measurements.We can't believe that pi can be calculated to a trillion places. #isumng
