On behalf of their client, Zara Sultana, Bindmans Media and Information Law Practise Group requires that I publish the following statement on X, and that such statement must be clearly visible and pinned to my
profile for a continuous period of no less than 24 hours:
“On 30 March 2026, I published a post on my X account addressed to Zarah Sultana in which I stated that she encourages and incites violence and is friends with terrorists.
Those statements are false. I was wrong and offer my sincere apologies to Ms Sultana for the harm and distress caused to her.”
It is my very great pleasure to do this, and I reiterate my sincere and repeated offer to meet with Miss Zara Sultana in person to resolve our differences.
Journalist and Broadcaster Oli Dugmore is spot on.
“Not only did the people at the top of the Labour party know about this [Mandelson staying at Epstein’s house while he was in prison]… they didn’t think this was disqualifying, they thought ‘actually, this is our guy’.” #bbcqt
I love this country. It is the greatest country in the world.
We are tolerant, decent and respectful – and unity is our strength.
But for too long, proud communities have been failed by politics and left powerless to do anything about it.
Our Pride in Place programme changes that. We are giving people the power to build up their communities. We’ve already invested thousands into communities across Britain. Now, we are giving thousands more the opportunity to transform their local area.
Putting local people in control and building a Britain that works for all.
So as trade union members and socialists were being suspended and blocked from standing, the friend of the world’s most famous paedophile was handpicking candidates for safe seats.
Not just poor judgement from Starmer, it’s outright corruption and with dangerous consequences.
Remember in 2016 when 172 Labour MPs voted no confidence in Jeremy Corbyn as leader just because they could.
Now, Labour leader Keir Starmer has admitted to knowing about Peter Mandelson’s close association with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein before appointing Mandelson US ambassador.
Where’s the no confidence vote if he refuses to go?
If not now, then when?
Andy Burnham isn’t looking so bad now is he? Starmer has completely fucked it but all we have to replace him are continuity droids.
It was a fucking disgraceful decision influenced by a disastrous and frankly inexplicable determination to be led by the balls by Morgan McSweeney.
Bet you can’t guess which leader of a British political party who will almost certainly be PM in 2029 who has been mentioned 41 times in the Epstein files, so far, and hasn't been asked about it once.
"Do you think Keir Starmer and his government will survive this?"
Former Labour Party senior adviser Tom Baldwin gives his verdict.

Message to Keir: Do not underestimate the depth of anger people will feel about this disgusting decision. If you think it strengthens you I tell you it will simply hasten your demise. You could have shown magnanimous leadership but instead it’s cowardice. https://t.co/02Y8COpddM
Another year passed as we remember Jack Dromey MP a great Trade Unionist , Parliamentarian, always supporter of Birmingham and Erdington , above all a great friend
Rest in Peace Jack 🙏🏼🙏🏼
🚨 NEW: All employers will be required to hand staff pro-union messaging written by the Government under the new Employment Rights Bill
This will include what unions do, the rights available to members and the details of recognised unions in the workplace

⚖️ A landmark step for justice was made this week. At its heart, the Hillsborough Law is about making sure no family ever has to fight the state for honesty again. Here’s what it means in practice:
🔹 Duty of Candour: public authorities must tell the truth in inquiries, backed by criminal law.
🔹 Fair Legal Support: bereaved families get proper, non-means tested legal aid.
🔹 Accountability Across the Board: covering 1.4 million public officials.
🔹 Code of Ethics: mandatory standards, whistle-blower protection, and a complaints process.
🔹 New Offences: criminal acts for misleading the public or failing to protect life.
I’ve tried to explain what this means in this video - watch now and let me know your thoughts on the Hillsborough law? 💬
@AvantiWestCoast it’s took me 2 hours to get across London to Euston station by which point I missed by an advanced single train to Sandwell & Dudley. Is there no way for me to just get on next train considering the he circumstances. Someone please help it’s been a day
Serving on the MHCLG Select Committee I've seen Angela's leadership up close and the truly landmark legislation she is responsible for.
Thanks to her leadership no fault eviction will be banned, a massive increase in social and affordable housing is underway, fire and rehire will end, workers will get sick pay from day one and power is being further devolved across the country...a huge and vital legacy for this country.
I also want to thank her for the personal commitment she has shown to Grenfell bereaved, survivors and the wider community, for her regular visits to North Kensington, and for starting to put in place the necessary changes from the Inquiry recommendations.
