78yo mother arriving T3 Delhi. IndiGo moved her flight to T1 (15 km) at 5 AM; agents refuse help, only offering 3 PM (10-hr wait) frm T2. Unsafe & inhuman. Need refund or shift to nearby destn flight from T2 at the same time. Happy to pay fare diff. @IndiGo6E@DGCAIndia help!!

Height of dishonesty @TheGymGroup. Froze mmbrshp on 30/9. Took full Oct fee on 1/10 saying it was too close. Now refusing to give credit for that extra Oct payment while unfreezing. Over two months I've now paid more than 2 months std fees while it being frozen for 1m+! ☹️
@TfL there is a signal failure at Moore Park, on any day it rains somewhat. Why can't you fix it permanently and stop delaying journeys of 1000s of Met line commuters? There are thousands of trains that run in the open globally and in more inclement weather

2. Spend 45 min with AI 📞 for refund
3. AI still pockets convenience fee of ₹300/tkt

@DrSJaishankar@HCI_London It is so difficult to obtain appointment for passport renewal in London. With @VFSGlobal, this is supposed to be outsourced and fast. No appointments for the next 45 days. You have to poll the website day and night for slots!
