Perché abbiamo investito (parecchi) soldi nella certificazione Great Place To Work 👇🏼

Quando mi hanno proposto di fare la certificazione Great Place to Work, inizialmente ho detto di no, perché:
- Costa
- La ritenevo inutile

Invece, una survey interna su ~200 colleghi di Jet HR mostra che il 52% di noi, quando valuta un’azienda per un lavoro, è influenzato positivamente dal logo Great Place to Work. In altre parole, la mai percezione era completamente sbagliata.

E dato che la maggior parte delle persone di Jet HR deve ancora essere trovata e assunta, un investimento che aumenta anche solo del 5% la probabilità di ricevere la candidatura della persona giusta è, a mio avviso, giustificato.
