This is daily scene at Morning and Night at Sattadhar Cross Roads, Ghatlodia where Over bridge is unfer construction.. Need to Arrange traffic police for some months here to manage traffic load. Also, if BRTS lane is opened, there might be easiness..

L&T CEO says they are facing shortage of labour 35k-40k like carpenters, masons, etc. They are not finding enough skilled people for this job.

Other industries we have interacted with all having skilled labor shortage.

We crib about unemployment. But the hard reality is that many of these are unemployable and many simply don't want to work and live on doles.
