Advised my home start kit is arriving today for collection (collect plus) but nothing heard. Called Virgin advised it’s at the shop. Drive to the shop. Not there. Any ideas how I track this delivery?!? No communication and no idea what’s happening #virginmedia
@virginmedia I have called you now three times. I have been advised that my equipment has been returned to Virgin. I was transferred to the installations team who then were supposed to transfer me to an account specialist but instead blind transferred me to Yodel(?) who were closed.
@ShaunBaileyUK Cancel Officers already cancelled leave. Then when they try to take the leave you have already cancelled, you can cancel it again. If there is still some cancelled, cancelled leave to take then I would cancel it. We should use Officers cancelled rest days on the same basis.
