I wore an Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, and Fitbit Air at the same time for a week.
I expected the data to be similar but did not expect this.
Here's what every wearable owner needs to know:
Most people buy a tracker and start obsessing over numbers.
That's not health optimization. That's data hoarding.
The best tracker is the one that you can wear that changes behavior. If it doesn't, put it in a drawer.
As for me, the test was great but I'm going back to using a dumbwatch. I know my trends and getting it daily is more noise than signal.
“Money buys privacy, silence. the less money you have, the noisier it is; the thinner your walls, the closer your neighbors. the first thing you notice when you step into the house or apartment of a rich person is how quiet it is.”

@Solyricon She’s a 10 because she knows her worth, and inconsistency feels like disrespect in slow motion. She doesn’t chase confusion, she doesn’t beg for clarity, and she definitely doesn’t compete for attention. The moment the energy shifts, so does she.
One of the greatest cheat codes in life is to never get offended. Train yourself to have a thick skin. Don't take things personally. Let others disagree with you. Being easily offended means you're easily manipulated. Want more peace? Avoid getting offended.
