3 weeks ago, my team and I first talked about a new venture. Today we launch it publicly. @globalcadence

Cadence is a staffing agency for global talent, primarily in the Philippines. After building our own PH team daily for the past two years, we realized we had a wealth of knowledge and firsthand operator experience. It would be rude to not share that knowledge with others, right?

But wait! Here on Twitter, everyone already has a VA and also owns their own staffing firm too (and yes there are many to choose from):

- My friend @SullyBusiness helped us hire our very first VA two years ago, and he was my first call today when we launched. Grateful for your advice and friendship, Bryant!

- @marshal built Shepherd into the gold standard for hiring practices and professionalism and is practically a household name.

- My friend @bairdk assembled an amazing team with @Hire_LATAM and is redefining remote work in our timezone.

- Even @girdley got in the game, and @HireWithNear is on a ridiculous run rate that I had to re-read to believe.

So why add another agency to the mix? Because 3 weeks ago I went up and down the hall in my office building talking to my fellow entrepreneurs and exactly zero even knew what a virtual assistant was. Turns out, it's a really big world out there. So world, meet Cadence.

Our remote staff has TRANSFORMED our business. And I'd like to think we've helped shape the trajectory of their lives a bit too.

If you're an overwhelmed entrepreneur or real estate operator like I was, bringing remote talent into your organization can change the game. I'd refer you to any one of those guys I tagged above without hesitation. They've all got way more reps than me at this point.

But our experiences are all unique.
