Very disappointed with @FlySWISS. After already messing with my flight, you managed to lose my baggage on a DIRECT flight. I have now been stuck for THREE DAYS without my clothes while I am supposed to attend a major event. This is unacceptable. I need an actual response.
@FlySWISS Worst experience with SWISS today. After a train delay made me miss my Boston flight, I paid to rebook the same day, only to learn at check-in that my entire booking, including my return flight, had been cancelled. No one could explain why. Unacceptable!
@FlySWISS I paid to rebook my flight the same day and received a confirmation. Then, at check-in, I was told the booking had simply disappeared from the system. How does a confirmed, paid booking just vanish? Is this seriously how customers are treated? Absolutely baffling.
@FlySWISS A refund of CHF 54.25 has now been issued for the second ticket I paid CHF 976.50 for. How does that make any sense? No explanation, no breakdown, and no clarity on what happened to the rest of the money. I paid CHF 976.50, why am I being refunded just CHF 54.25?
@FlySWISS Also, I called customer service two hours before departure specifically to make sure the rebooking had been completed. I then paid for the rebooking and received a confirmation. So why was my confirmed booking no longer in the system when I arrived at check-in?
