For the first time in my career I have real runway. Restarting Super by Design to work on these questions. More than anything right now, I want to listen. If you want to grab coffee or a call, I mean it, reach out! (11/11)
My last day at Capital Group was Feb 13th, and I'm just now finding the words. 6 years. First as a consultant, then as a Venture Architect focused on AI strategy and enablement. (1/11)
We traded execution work for management work. Nobody budgeted for that. And until organizations name it honestly, the gap between expectation and reality is only going to grow. (10/11)
Leaders assume everyone is using AI and expect more output. Employees are quietly using it or scared to admit they are. And heavy users are drowning in verification, oversight, and tracking decisions their agents are making. (9/11)
AI isn't reducing work. It's intensifying it. The promise was shorter weeks. What's actually happening is three separate problems colliding at once. (8/11)
Which is why I've always believed everyone can be a designer. Not a title. A practice. Being intentional in your decisions and building genuine empathy for the people impacted by them. That kind of thinking is exactly what's needed right now. (7/11)
The cost of building something has never been lower. But whether that something is secure, scalable, or worth building at all is still very much an open question. That matters more than people are admitting right now. (6/11)
Large enterprises, especially in regulated industries, are caught in the middle. Compliance requirements, security reviews, cautious rollouts. Smart, capable people held back not by lack of interest but by the pace of approvals. That's a real human cost. (5/11)
The speed of AI change is unlike anything I've seen. What was possible before late 2025 feels like a different generation. The gap between free ChatGPT and using OpenClaw to orchestrate agent teams is vast and it's only getting wider. (4/11)
Also: I started playing hockey in September. Childhood dream. Learning fast, hungry to keep progressing, and fully plan to play well into old age. That one's just for me. (3/11)
Too many people to thank, but everyone who let me into their team and their thinking made that work meaningful. Special shoutout to Alex Sirkovich, who brought me in and later made the case to hire me full time. That sponsorship changed my trajectory. (2/11)
@profgalloway thanks for mentioning After Life on Pivot. Binged it the last couple days and it had me floored at certain moments. As a Christian, I love a good story from the perspective of an atheist because it pushes me to work harder to have a more positive impact on the world
@BrawlStars any suggestions for my game that has been stuck at 92% for the last two days? I deleted and reinstalled, tried on different devices and nothing. Please help!
@profgalloway I just binge watched all the Section4 videos available instead of designing a workshop to help startup CEOs, haha. I look forward to more content and additional insights I can share with clients. Also, where's @karaswisher?
