three years ago i really thought crypto was going to be my way out

back then i had best version of my life in front of me, solid job, healthy body, clear mind, real momentum, but somewhere along way i convinced myself none of it mattered as much as charts

this was supposed to be year everything changed, year i stopped checking prices before buying things, year i bought my parents house, year i left my job and never looked back

so i put in my savings, then my bonus, then money i never should have risked

i stayed up watching candles at 3am instead of sleeping, checked charts during dinner instead of being present with people who actually cared about me, skipped birthdays because i thought breakout was coming, missed gym because i could not leave my phone alone for even one hour

i called it conviction, told myself i was early, told myself bottom was already in, then told myself again and again

that year should have been one of best years of my life, i had energy, time, hope and options, instead i spent most of it staring at numbers on screen that never cared about me once

now im sitting here down 80 percent

no job because i quit to trade full time

no savings because i lost them

no real plan because plan was always just "it will pump eventually"

im not saying this because i want pity, im saying it because someone reading this right now is about to make same mistake i made, and they believe they are different, i thought that too, i was not
