@drzimmerle Since I'm a double major, I'd likely focus on Theater and try to open a community theater. I've got a myriad of friends with technical experience and I, at that point, will have enough Acting/Directing experience to make it happen. #ap3040

1. Better Pay
2. A better grasp on a subject I'm passionate about.

A Doctorate will be decided upon after Graduate School...

A3 I'm not surprised at all by the low pay but that doesn't mean it couldn't be improved. I'm curious why some administrators express concern with the spike in teacher turnover when they aren't willing to pay them a fair wage. Particularly in Sumner County. #ap3040

@drzimmerle A2 I would show up fifteen minutes early to school and read a bit of a book I enjoy and stay fifteen minutes later if I have time. This simple idea gives me something to look forward to at the beginning and end of my school day. #ap3040

A1 Failed expectations. As we grow up, we're fostered this idea of an idealistic utopia of the education system and don't see the cracks in the foundation until we sign our first five-year contract. At that point, only the tenacious stay around. #ap3040
