This man is compromising our confidence in the admissions sector. Imagine someone with no connections or anyone to help. But has good academic records.
This certain connection will deny some candidates admission to school.
@jamb_hq
@profsegunaina@jamb_hq@profsegunaina to avoid too much misunderstanding, can you please edit this to (UTME O-Level Results Upload) instead of the verification. And the feature should be in CAPS.
And our AIP is taking much longer than expected. 3 weeks now.
Thank you, sir
This my review.
@jamb_hq
I really pitty these young students who are being exploited by public institutions.
These things shouldn't be a revenue stream for @jamb_hq and @waecnigeria or seen as an opportunity to make money.
These young children were made to buy forms to register and write the exams.
They were charged to see their WAEC and JAMB results via SMS, also charged to print their statement of result.
@jamb_hq charge another money to correct any error or change of course or institution on the JAMB portal.
@waecnigeria charge another N7500 for the soft copy of the WAEC certificate.
After all these charges, the students are required again to pay another N4000 to verify the same results @waecnigeria
When @jamb_hq finally offer admission to the students, they will pay again to accept the offer via SMS.
Still not done, the students will be required to pay again to print their official admission letter through the JAMB portal.
Needless to talk about the mindless exploitation going at the universities especially private ones where the school staff provide, off-campus accommodation, food, transportation to and from the campus.. And a lot of other shady stuff going on.
I have a simple question for these people making these exploitative decisions at @jamb_hq and @@waecnigeria.. To fleece these students and their parents of their little resources, how much did you pay when you were at this same stage of your life?
Conspiring with some crooked service providers to enrich yourselves at the detriment of these young students is evil.
Education ought to be totally free for every citizen of Nigeria and if we have to pay for it, it shouldn't be exploited for selfish personal gains.
Nigerians should speak out against this evil machinations of public officials against our youths.

@profsegunaina@dr_ezeh What if that has already been paid for results verification at school, aside from the one at the JAMB CBT centre during registration? So are we still going to pay the 4000 naira again?
And also, wish you the best, Sir.
@profsegunaina@dr_ezeh With due respect sir, we understand your efforts. Let all these be implemented in the 2027 session. Let's continue with our old system for now.
There are a lot of complaints on the ground, and the school calendar for registration is here.
@jamb_hq I don't understand oo. Shouldn't this printing of result be a one-time payment? Why I'm i getting this for re-download? Looks desperate to me. @profsegunaina@jamb_hq
@jamb_hq@zhulykah30 This should be the right channel, 1500 again for all candidates nawa ooo. And the school will still verify again, paying for the scratch card. Aahh
Verification is important, but candidates should not be denied admission opportunities because of legitimate discrepancies arising from an older registration system.
We ask JAMB to clarify the procedure and ensure that affected candidates are treated fairly.
