@Accor I am in your Reading Central IBIS hotel. They won’t serve me a pizza without cheese even though I’m intolerant to cheese. The reason being “in case I take a photo of it and put it on social media”. Can you confirm this policy, she said it was “illegal” to make it for me.

@GWRHelp Amazing service, rammed trains after cancellations and delays with no where to sit. Having to stand with people not willing to give up seats. Not great for anyone let alone disabled passengers.

@premierinn I was using the restaurant. It is vans using the hotel causing the issue all the time.

@premierinn can you sort out van parking at Emerson’s Green Bristol so companies like @WSLConstruction don’t fill two disabled bays with vans not displaying blue badges please.

@BusinessMovesGr please can you not park diagonally across disabled bays outside @sainsburys Filton please. Loads of areas of the car park empty or if it was a work collection you should use the loading bay.
