@PizzaExpress came to your Kennington branch today, group of 15 people. When we arrived, we were advised that the bathroom facilities were unavailable - not an issue, but then also told that we could find somewhere else. Where do you expect us to go? To top it off (1)
We were then asked to leave because it was a health and safety issue - this was at the end of the meal, but pretty alarming considering we had been there nearly 2h. No offer of a discount or gesture to make up for being kicked out - all that was said was ‘sorry’. Not good enough

@Deliveroo Exactly how long does it take to find a driver!? By the time any food gets here it will be stone cold, not to mention 2 HOURS after the order was placed!

@ubereats_uk I ordered some stuff. I got notified that it was coming in two orders. First driver delivered. 2nd one came on my street, pressed ‘done’ and didn’t deliver anything. Where is my stuff!?
@RobertDyas I have received a delivery today and one of the items is damaged and leaked everywhere over the other items. Whilst you managed to deliver before Xmas, what do I do now?
