Huge respect for @alipervaiz450 & FBR for working genuinely and vigorously to resolve exporters' issues by upgrading refund systems and bringing much-needed reforms to enhance the country's exports.

In a meeting chaired by Ali Pervaiz Sb on deferred sales tax refunds, FBR has recognized eligible deferred refunds and agreed to process these pending refunds electronically through PRAL, while keeping all safeguards intact. This will be completed soon.

FBR will compile data on deferred refunds across Pakistan from each RTO/LTU, releasing 10% of these refunds each month. FBR HQ will systematically monitor these pending refunds and ensure disbursement.

Going forward, deferred refunds will be cleared within 90 days with an upgraded/foolproof system.

Businesses and industry must ensure 100% compliance with tax policy. Let's not lose hope and continue our efforts to grow the country's exports and create new jobs. Let's work together in pursuing these much-needed reforms.
