@kunksed I’m not sure what yeast protein you’ve had. I use Superyou and it’s an order of magnitude better than plant protein, and right up there in texture with most isolates

@whiskteria No. 400-600 a pop. If you want a cheap chicken salad, best option is to just learn how to make it yourself. Cheap store bought or restaurant bought chicken salads will be dry and disgusting

And to filter out negative reviews. A restaurant rated 3stars is not asking feedback to improve. A restaurant rated 4+ is just making sure it stays there.

@djhrishi Yeah all good institutes will have this as a requirement for certification. But I’m not sure if gyms even care for certification. That’ll mean that they will have to standardise pays. This is a listing from Gold’s Gym for fitness “consultants”. No certification required.
