Things that can be very important for people with #BPD
- being listened to
- being taken seriously
- emotional validation
- access to relevant services
- long-term support
- clear communication
- freedom to express self
- sense of belonging
- gentle encouragement
Too often people with a BPD diagnosis feel broken, flawed, unlovable or even useless. I wanted to remind you that these beliefs are absolutely not true, although I know lots may have happened to make you feel this way.
