✅ Resistance mechanisms include EGFR, ALK, KRASG12C mutations, MET amplification, fusions, and histologic transformation
✅ Lack of standard definitions across trials limits comparability
✅ Importance of variant allele frequency (VAF), tumor fraction, and longitudinal monitoring
